By way of indication, after one (1) year of full-time work, you will have accumulated at least twenty (20) days' vacation, almost ten (9.6) sick days and thirteen (13) statutory holidays.

Various premiums and leave privileges add to contractual clauses for full-time personnel or employees working seven or more shifts per 14-day period.

  • Night-shift differential bonus of an additional 3% to 4% with option to convert to leave; varying from thirty-two (32) to thirty-six (36) days per year;
  • Evening-shift differential bonus of an additional 8% with option to convert to leave; representing twenty-four (24) days per year;
  • Additional premium of 7% for staff working 12-hour shifts.

For shortage-group personnel:

  • Possibility of a $3,000 relocation premium available for graduates from outside the Outaouais (07) region;
