Registration Program for Clients in Search of a Family Doctor
This program is intended specifically for persons without a family doctor. Registration with the program requires completing a form available on the Internet site and at the three CLSC facilities of the CSSS de Gatineau. Following your application, some waiting time is to be expected before we contact you to obtain more information, if necessary.
When you are contacted, you will be asked additional questions in order to clarify your request and help us evaluate your actual needs. Our region is experiencing a shortage of family doctors; therefore, we cannot in any way guarantee that a family doctor will be available. Based on our pre-established evaluation grid, priority will be given to individuals with major health problems.
Meanwhile, if you have health-related problems, you can either:
- Contact Info-Santé, by dialling 8-1-1, for any questions;
- Dial 9-1-1 if your condition requires urgent, immediate care;
