Board of Directors
The ABH-CSSSG's Board of Directors is composed of up to 12 members. The board's main responsibilities are managing the association, representing its members, preparing the annual operation budget with the hospital volunteer services, organizing new projects according to need and creating committees as needed (permanent or ad hoc) so that the goals and objectives of the association can be achieved.
Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors
The dates of the Board of Directors' regular meetings for 2011-2012 will be selected in late September.
The minutes of these meetings are available for eyes only to all members upon request, at either one of our offices.
Annual General Meeting
The next annual general meeting of the association will be held in June 2012 at the auditorium of the Hôpital de Hull (9th floor). A formal invitation with relevant documentation will be mailed to all volunteers 2-3 weeks before the meeting.
