Additional Responsibilities
The Users Committee has to designate two individuals who will sit as administrators on the establishment's Board of of Directors. The Board will designate one of these individuals to sit on its Vigilance and Quality Committee.
The Residents Committees will each designate one representative to the Users Committee.
The Users Committee and Residents Committees are called upon to serve on the working committees set up with the aim of improving the establishment's quality of services.
The Users Committee draws up its own operations regulations, as well as those governing the Residents Committees.
The Users Committee will submit a yearly activities report to the Board of Directors and, on request, give a copy of the report to the Agence.
The Residents Committees will submit their activity report to the Users Committee.
